About this course

This program is designed for developing and emerging leaders! This includes both those who would like to work in a business office environment as well as those already working in a role in a range of industries undertaking administrative roles including Frontline Sales Manager, Freight Administrative Supervisor, Team Leader, Production Supervisor, Leading Hand, Distribution Centre Supervisor, Supervisor, Warehouse Team Leader, Sales Team Manager, Line Manager, Coordinator (Business Operations) and similar roles.

Suitability

This qualification is suited to a range of individuals who use or will need to use well-developed administrative skills and a broad knowledge base in a wide variety of administrative contexts. They apply solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems, and analyse information from a variety of sources. They may provide leadership and guidance to others.
