• This course is perfect training for those in leadership and/or frontline customer facing roles to develop and use emotional intelligence to increase self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management in the workplace.
• Provides participants with the fundamentals required to identify, analyse, synthesise and act on information from a range of sources and who deal with unpredictable problems as part of their job role. It is ideal for those who may be responsible for leading a team or work area.
• How Long: Online (6 months at your own pace), submit a third-party report and complete a short verification call. Access to customer and trainer support 5 days per week.
• Pre-Course Requirement:A secure and stable internet connection, computer, laptop or tablet to complete the course work. A mobile phone is not suitable.
• Outcome: of Attainment for BSBPEF502 Develop and use emotional intelligence.
• Pathway: course may result in a pathway into BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management and BSB50320 Diploma of Human Resource Management.
