Smart and Skilled is an initiative of the NSW Vocational Education and Training (VET) system. It is helping people in NSW get the skills they need to find a job and advance their careers. Under this initiative there are also opportunities for companies & workers to potentially access funding in the attempt to reduce possibility of redundancy, increase business growth and promotion as well as to hire and train new staff to meet their business needs.
* Employers with training needs for their current staff and/or looking to hire and train further staff may be eligible for subsidised training. Licences 4 Work would assist in the recruitment of suitable staff (at no additional cost).
